Her experience across renovations, kitchen design, floor planning and property improvements allows her to guide clients through the renovation process with clarity, intention and a strong focus on balancing beauty, practicality and long-term value.

Scotty Williams

With extensive hands-on experience in residential renovations, project coordination, and practical management, Scotty turns design concepts into reality. Supported by a Master of Business Law (SCU) and multiple graduate qualifications in project management and Agile methodologies, he brings both on-site execution and high-level project control to your build.

From managing trades to navigating site challenges, his calm, solutions-focused guidance makes the renovation process clear, structured, and stress-free throughout.

  • Our approach is shaped by real, hands-on experience across personal renovations, investment properties, kitchen projects, exterior upgrades and client work.

    Over the past decade, we have been involved in multiple renovations and value-focused property improvements, giving us a strong understanding of both the creative and practical sides of renovating.

    This includes managing full-scale renovations across both interior and exterior spaces, overseeing projects from design through to completion, coordinating trades, managing budgets and making decisions with a strong focus on improving the overall value of a property.

    Alongside our renovation experience, we also bring a strong business background. We hold a Diploma of Business, have completed leadership studies through UCLA Anderson, and have years of experience running businesses - giving us a clear understanding of budgeting, cash flow, project management and financially sound decision-making.

    This allows us to guide our clients not only from a design perspective, but with a practical understanding of how to create beautiful results, avoid unnecessary costs and invest in the areas that will have the biggest impact.
